George Brunnhoelzl III Grabs Another Great Finish at Caraway
Mod Driver Maintains Points Lead with Second-Place Finish
The 2009 racing season might just belong to George Brunnhoelzl III. On Saturday at Caraway Speedway (NC), Brunnhoelzl set fast time for the NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour Event, started second after the redraw and finished second in the race. His runner-up finish allowed him to get an even tighter grip on his position on top of the standings as the current NASCAR Whelen Southern Modified Tour points leader.
Brunnhoelzl will be back in action this Saturday, September 5th, at Myrtle Beach Speedway in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where he will try to continue his streak of great finishes and step closer to grabbing the 2009 WSMT championship.
